Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and modern with a great bathroom and decent size, but unfortunately not as clean as expected, and there were issues with the temperature. The service was quite unfriendly, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. On the bright side, the location was excellent, right next to Friedrichstrasse train station, making it easy to explore Berlin. The dining experience was good overall, with clear labeling of ingredients, but limited vegan options. Despite the setbacks, I had a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
Even though the rooms weren't as clean as expected, they were of excellent quality and quite spacious. The hotel was always a bit too hot for my liking, but it was overall a decent stay. The service had its moments of being a little rude and unaccommodating, particularly in the lobby that felt soulless and occasionally dirty, but they were generally helpful despite some tone issues. The location was a highlight, being lively and interesting, right beside S and U-Bahn stations, and close to various attractions. Although the dining options weren't ideal due to the heavy reliance on pork, the food was delicious with plenty of choices available until 11 am on weekends, albeit a bit pricey.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are super comfy despite the extra charge for the lobby window. The service, though a bit challenging with the English communication, was still satisfactory. The central location made it a breeze to explore Berlin. The dining experience, while offering a huge variety, had some disappointments in breakfast options. Overall, a great choice for a weeklong stay in the midst of a heatwave.
The hotel stole my money! The room was large with floor to ceiling windows, making it bright and airy. However, it was very regular. The service was very helpful, but they made excuses about 'technical issues'. The location was very close to the center, perfect for exploring the city. The dining was delicious, with plenty of food choices. Overall, it was a generally fantastic stay.
My stay at the hotel was really convenient as it is located right opposite the train station, making it super easy to get around. The room was quiet and spacious, although it could have been slightly larger. The warm nights made me wish for a lighter blanket instead of the heavy Doona a couple of times.
The hotel had beautiful and comfortable rooms, but the location caused disturbances during the night. The service was very helpful and welcoming. It was conveniently located near public transport and major attractions. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were well-kept.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious and modern, with a great view over the atrium. The location couldn't be beat, situated on a small side street in the town center, next to trains, underground, and trams. However, the service could use some improvement in terms of professionalism and training.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were decent in size, but unfortunately, they were colder than the corridor. Despite maintenance attempting to fix the issue a few times, it wasn't completely resolved. The hotel lacked a good view, but the pricing was reasonable considering the room size.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable with a king-size bed, but the temperature was a bit too warm for my liking. The location was the standout feature, being very convenient for exploring Berlin, although there were some issues with service and dining.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were absolutely stunning, with a very comfortable bed, but they tended to be too warm, making the air dry. The staff tried hard to address issues promptly, like the hair in the bathtub and thick dust on the smoke detector, and were very friendly throughout. The location is fantastic, right across the road from the train station and walking distance to various attractions, though the staff could have been more helpful in arranging a taxi upon departure. The dining experience was good overall, though slightly pricey for what was offered.
The hotel was light and spacious, exactly as I expected for a modern city center hotel. The room on the 8th floor was very quiet, comfortable, and clean, with a great bathroom. The location was excellent, near a major train station and all the attractions. The dining experience was lovely with a really good selection, although some additional vegan options would enhance it further.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really spacious with real king-size beds, and the pool was an amazing extra touch. The atmosphere was lovely and spacious, and the modern rooms were of a generous size. The only downside was some noise and music in the room at times.
